The menu draws from the familiar flavors of South America, the Caribbean, and Latin America, with street food classics reinterpreted using local, seasonal ingredients. Cocktails are garden-driven, mixed with fresh herbs and house-made syrups. Music serves as the anchor—weekly sets that feel more like a night at a friend's house than a curated event. The result is a space that doesn’t feel new or designed—it just feels like it belongs.

Terras quickly became a neighborhood favorite, earning recognition as one of the Top Rooftop Bars in Miami by The Infatuation and Eater. With 20,000+ Instagram followers and a steady flow of regulars, the rooftop has maintained high demand year-round. The success of the restaurant has directly contributed to a notable increase in the hotel’s ADR, proving that what works for locals often works best for visitors, too.
